The easiest and fastest way to get any kind of help from us is with askmyGP.  It saves us time too, so please help us to help you.

  • We respond in working hours, 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays

  • We endeavour to deal with your request within one working day

  • All our registered patients are welcome, parents and carers on behalf of patients too.

  • You can name a GP if you wish (so long as they are working that day)

  • You may prefer a telephone, email or face to face response

  • Repeat prescription requests should be submitted via online access

  • You can sign up now, with no paperwork

  • If you are using a shared computer, please remember to log out after use

Access

Entry to the Health Centre is via automatic doors. The Health Centre has 3 dedicated disabled parking bays close to the entrance for the benefit of patients who are holders of a Blue Badge.  We also have a lift which enables you to easily access both levels. There are disabled toilets and the reception area is user friendly with a self check-in screen to help you speedily register your arrival for your appointment. There is also a loop system available for patients with hearing difficulties.
