Repeat prescriptions may be ordered on-line via the link at the top of this page (registration required). To complete the registration process you will need to bring in 2 forms of ID i.e proof of address and photo ID into the surgery.
Alternatively, you can order by your local pharmacy with a tick indicating which medicines you require. If your usual repeat medication does not appear on the list, this may be because it needs to be reauthorized by the doctor. Please add a note in the free text box on the screen requesting the medication and the doctor will authorise if appropriate.
For patients who are aged under 16 only, or if you prefer not to use the on-line service, please either order in person, or through your local Pharmacy.
If you misplace your repeat prescription slip please supply us with the following details in writing:
- full name
- date of birth
- contact number
- usual doctor
- name, strength and dose of medication required.
To avoid mistakes, we do not accept requests by telephone.

Collecting your Medication
Your prescription can be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice, collected from reception during opening hours, collected by a Pharmacy of your choice or posted to you if you include a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
Many local pharmacies offer a repeat prescription order and collection service – please speak to your pharmacy to arrange.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
